Yes. For most lab tests, we require a valid requisition from your physician or specialist. Bring it to your appointment or email a copy in advance.

Follow any fasting or medication instructions on your requisition. Wear a short-sleeved shirt, drink water (unless restricted), and have your health card ready.
Samples are delivered same-day to your requesting physician's partner laboratory. Reports are sent directly to your ordering clinician.
Absolutely. All visits follow strict PHIPA-compliant privacy standards. Supplies are sterile, single-use, and disposed of in accordance with Canadian biomedical waste and environmental regulations.
While standard lab testing is covered by OHIP with a valid requisition, our mobile concierge collection fee is a private-pay service. We accept credit, debit, and e-transfers. (Note: Check with your private health insurance provider to see if mobile health services are covered).
All specimens are stored and transported in temperature-controlled, leak-proof collection kits following strict cold-chain management standards to ensure sample integrity and accuracy.
Yes, family members or caregivers can schedule appointments on behalf of patients. Please ensure the patient’s health card and requisition are available at the time of the visit.
We coordinate directly with partner laboratories to ensure time-sensitive collections (such as fasting blood work or specific processing windows) are drawn and delivered within the required laboratory timeframes.
Our certified collectors adhere to strict infection control protocols, including full hand hygiene, sterile single-use equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
